This List of Vendors contain companies and individuals who have been reported by HOA Members to have successfully performed service in their respective areas of work at The Pavilions. The HOA is providing this list as a potential search tool for HOA members who may be looking for service providers with experience at The Pavilions. Any Member interested in using this list should perform his or her own, contemporaneous "due diligence"  in determining if the Vendor has the requisite, training, experience, qualifications,  licenses (if any are required),and insurance certificates of liability coverage, including workers' compensation insurance for the Vendors  employees  (if any) successfully  and competently to perform the work or provide the service being sought by the Member within the terms and conditions  as agreed upon by the Member. This listing of Vendors by the HOA shall not constitute an endorsement of any such vendor by or on behalf of the HOA or its Board of Directors but is provided to make available input from other HOA Members as a courtesy for use as any Member searching for services or work may deem appropriate. The HOA is not affiliated with any of these Vendors and assumes no responsibility for any errors of omission or commission by any  listed Vendor.
